Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

Zenhop currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local laws, certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific locations.

Some botanical products, including kratom and other regulated items, may not be available for shipment to certain states, cities, or counties where restricted by law.

Kratom Shipping Restrictions

Kratom products are not shipped to locations where their sale or possession is prohibited.

Customer Responsibility: By placing an order, you confirm that the products ordered are legal in your delivery location and that you are in compliance with all applicable laws.

Zenhop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal shipping volumes
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If a shipment is delayed, customers may contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Zenhop Delivery Protection – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Zenhop Delivery Protection is an optional service offered at checkout to protect eligible orders against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

This service is not insurance and is not a shipping charge. It provides expedited claim review and resolution, subject to verification and approval.

Delivery Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

By selecting Delivery Protection at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Coverage

Delivery Protection may apply to the following, subject to carrier confirmation and internal review:

  • Carrier-confirmed loss in transit
  • Carrier-confirmed damage during transit
  • Carrier-confirmed misdelivery
  • Theft prior to confirmed delivery (where verifiable)
  • Verified missing items due to shipping error

All claims are subject to investigation and approval at Zenhop’s sole discretion.

3. Delivery Confirmation

If tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout:

  • The order is considered fulfilled.
  • Carrier GPS confirmation may be reviewed.
  • A police report, affidavit, or additional documentation may be required for theft claims.

Replacement or refund is not automatic and remains subject to review.

Zenhop is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address entered by the customer.

4. Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.

Zenhop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Autofill or saved address errors
  • Outdated shipping information
  • Delivery refusal
  • Packages returned due to address inaccuracies

Orders delivered to the address entered at checkout are considered properly fulfilled. Reshipping fees may apply.

5. Shipping Timelines & Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Zenhop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak season congestion
  • Customs procedures
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

6. Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, customers must:

  • File within the required timeframe
  • Provide order number
  • Provide required documentation

6.1 Missing Item Claims

Must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Clear unboxing photos or video
  • Images of all packaging materials
  • Image of the shipping label
  • Image of all items received

Zenhop may review packing logs, package weight verification, carrier scan data, and order history.

Incomplete or late submissions may be declined.

6.2 Damage Claims

Must be submitted within 48 hours and include:

  • Photos of damaged item
  • Photos of outer packaging
  • Shipping label image

6.3 Loss in Transit Claims

Must be submitted within 7 days of expected delivery date. Carrier investigation may be required.

7. Investigation Process

  • Carrier confirmation required
  • GPS verification may be reviewed
  • Customer cooperation required
  • Police report may be required in certain cases

Failure to cooperate may result in claim denial.

8. Replacement & Refund Determination

All claims are resolved at Zenhop’s sole discretion. Zenhop may:

  • Issue replacement shipment
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue refund
  • Deny claim

Replacement processing follows standard fulfillment timelines. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.

9. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Monitoring

Zenhop actively monitors claim activity and reserves the right to:

  • Deny suspicious claims
  • Revoke protection eligibility
  • Cancel orders
  • Restrict accounts
  • Refuse service

Fraudulent activity may be reported. Chargebacks after confirmed delivery may result in permanent restriction.

10. High-Value Orders

Zenhop may require signature confirmation or additional verification for high-value orders.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zenhop’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Zenhop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use, or emotional distress.

12. Claim Deadlines

  • 7 days for loss in transit
  • 48 hours for damage or missing items

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be denied.
