Shipping & Delivery Options
We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx for reliable delivery.
Available shipping options include:
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Free for orders over $50, $4.99 for orders under $50.
Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $7.99 for orders under $100, Free for orders over $100.
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $14.99 for all orders.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) are processed on Monday.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with federal, state, and local laws and do not ship Kratom products to restricted areas.
Restricted States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.
Restricted Counties: Sarasota County, FL; San Diego County, CA; Jerseyville, IL.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are legal in their delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address.
Zenhop is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@zenhop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Claims for lost packages must be filed within 15 days of the shipment date.
Age Restrictions
Our products are not intended for use or sale to individuals under the age of 21.

We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We currently ship within the United States only. However, due to federal, state, and local laws, we are unable to ship certain products to specific locations.
We do not ship Kratom products to the following states, cities, or counties where Kratom is restricted or prohibited: Alabama Arkansas Indiana Rhode Island Vermont Wisconsin San Diego, California Sarasota County, Florida Union County, Mississippi Denver, Colorado
CBD Shipping Restrictions We do not ship CBD products to the following locations due to regulatory restrictions: Idaho South Dakota Nebraska (subject to ongoing regulation updates)
Customer Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their delivery location. By placing an order with Zenhop, you confirm that you have reviewed and are complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
