Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $50. Free shipping may also be available during special promotions or loyalty programs.

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
International Shipping
At this time, Zenhop ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal, state, and local laws, certain products sold on Zenhop may be restricted from shipment to specific locations.
Some botanical products, including kratom and other regulated items, may not be available for shipment to certain states, cities, or counties where they are restricted or prohibited by law. Availability may vary by product type and destination.
